All of our items are shipped from the warehouse located in Wallan, VIC via Sendle and/or via Australia Post.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

- Flat Rate - $11.00 (up to 5kg) (approx 3 - 12 Business days)

- Flat Rate - $15.00 (5.01kg and above) (approx 3-12 Business Days

- Flat Rate - $18.00 (8kg and above) (approx 3-12 business days)

- Express Postage - $18.00 (5kg) (approx 1-5 business days)

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipped through Australia Post up to 1kg

NZ Standard Shipping 6-27 days $20

UK Standard Shipping 6-27 days $30

US Standard Shipping 6-27 days $30

China Standard Shipping 6-27 days $30

 

Please note this may be longer during peak periods (Public holidays, New releases, Festive periods like Christmas and/or Easter and Ramadan) again please make sure you concider this before selecting the express shipping option as these are approximate timeframes only and you may experience a longer processing and shipping turn around time than listed above.

Unfortunately during these times we cannot offer refunds if your item is not recieved in the above shipping periods unless you have made prior contact with us BEFORE ordering. 

As our current designs are printed upon ordering our appropriate processing time is 5-14 Business days from next business day.

We aim to have your items posted as soon as possible. If you need your order by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate your needs however please let us know PRIOR to placing your order. 

All Shipping may vary from time to time according to Australia Post time frames and Zones. Selecting express postage does NOT mean your order will be processed first. It means your order will be delivered in a quicker time frame through the postage carrier.

You will receive shipping details once your package has been posted and again once it has been processed through the postage carrier. Please note this may not be the same day, as we drop off in bulk items for them to them process when they can.

**Delays may sometimes occur beyond our control and we will do our best to advise if this happens where we can**

 

WRONG ADDRESS?

If you have entered the wrong address please notify us as soon as possible so we can fix this up. Our system automatically prints shipping information so we need time to be able to manually change this information for you.

 

Local Pick Up

At this stage we do not offer to pick up order.


Returns, Exchanges and Faults

Please note at this time we DO NOT offer refunds, we can however issue you a store credit to be used within 6 months of issue date.

We have a 7 day returns policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. All requests must go through our contact page located here. 

Your Item must be in the same condition that you received it in, new, un-worn and in un-used condition with all tags attached and a store credit will be issued to you. 

Your proof of purchase is required For ALL returns. 

Please note we do not offer refunds, store credit or exchanges for personalised products, custom orders, sale items, giveaway prizes or items that have been purchased using a discount code.

We hope you love your purchase but we understand that mistakes can happen when you can not try items on before you buy them.

If the sizing is not quite right we will happily offer an exchange or store credit.

Items will need to be returned unworn and not damaged with all tags attached and in their original condition, at the buyers expense and will incur a re-delivery fee at our flat rate of $10.00 for exchanges for Australian packages.

Returns must be applied for within 7 days from the delivery date.

If you have a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can fix this up for you OR issue a store credit to use at another time, as we are a make to order store we do not offer refunds at this time.
