Where are you based?

We are designed in Harkness VIC. However we are printed and posted from Wallan VIC.

 

How are your orders printed?

Our clothing is printed in the warehouse located in Wallan VIC with Australian Certified eco-friendly, non-toxic inks using a state-of-the-art commercial printer. 

It is guarantee to last wash after wash and are safe on your skin.

Each order is made to order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping may vary from time to time according to Australia Post time frames and Zones.

Our current order processing time is 5-10 business days.

Please note that selecting express postage does not mean your order will be processed first. It means your order will be delivered in a quicker time frame by the postage carrier.

During busy periods (Sales, new releases, festive periods like Christmas and Easter, Ramadan and  Public holidays) our time frame for shipping is longer, this also includes express postage. Please make sure you concider this before selecting this option. If you need your items before a certain date please make contact with us before your order is placed and we will access if you can meet your needs. 

Please remember we are a make to order store, our stock is not on hand. Our processing times vary based on the amount of orders at any one time and may incur a longer processing and shipping time frame from time to time.

All our orders are shipped from the warehouse located in Wallan, VIC 3756.

Once your order has been processed and completed you will recieve a notification from us. You will then be able to track your order once the shipping courier has processed your order on their end. Please be patient as we use a small post office in a rural town and this may take longer during busy store periods. Sendle pick ups are also only limited times throughout the week due to the warehouse rural location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Credit cards, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

 

Do you offer returns?

Please refer to our returns information

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a store credit.

To be eligible for a return and store credit, your item must be in a new, un-worn and un-used condition with all tags attached. We do not offer returns on sale items.

Please note we do not offer refunds, store credit or exchanges for personalised products, custom orders, sale items or items that have been purchased using a discount code.

If there is a fault with your item please apply for your return within 14 days of delivery through the contact us page on the website. A replacement or store credit can be issued.

Please note as a make to order store we do not offer refunds, instead offer store credits, this includes faulty and change of mind options.

Can I cancel my order?

All order cancellations are processed as a store credit. If your order has already processed or made, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order or make any changes.

If you place an order and email us straight away – it is not guaranteed that we will be able to cancel or edit your order as it can take 48 hours to respond to your email, this is due to communication needing to be made between the warehouse and shop.

We will do our best to help you in everyway we can however please remember our emails and socials are not monitored 24 hours a day as we are a small business and work other jobs as well as have a young family.
